There’s plenty of live music on the way! From relaxed Saturday afternoon solo sessions to full-band pub rock, grunge, festivals and a little Orange Crush, here’s where you can catch us over the next few months.

Saturday 22 August — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

Saturday lunch with a soundtrack. Chris is flying solo for an afternoon of rock classics, familiar favourites and singalongs while Burger Urge takes care of the important stuff — namely burgers and chips.

Friday 28 August — Chris Edwards Solo

Withcott Hotel | 6:30pm–10:30pm

A big Friday evening at the Withcott Hotel with Chris settling in for an extended solo session. Four hours of live music means there’ll be plenty pulled from the songbook — come down for dinner, stay for a few drinks and see where the night goes.

Saturday 5 September — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

Another Saturday afternoon session at Burger Urge. Four hours of live music, great food and a family-friendly atmosphere from midday.

Saturday 5 September — Electric Fence

Irish Club Toowoomba | 8pm–Midnight

Then things get considerably louder. Electric Fence takes over the Irish Club with Campbell Venz and Chloe Bishop leading the charge through a set leaning heavily into '90s rock and grunge. Expect Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age and plenty more.

Friday 18 September — Chris Edwards Solo

Ballandean Pub | 6pm–10pm

Chris heads back to the Granite Belt for Friday night at the Ballandean Pub. Four hours of live favourites, singalongs and acoustic versions of songs you know and love.

Saturday 19 September — Chris Edwards Solo

Country Club Hotel, Stanthorpe | 7pm–11pm

Saturday night live music in Stanthorpe! Chris is back at the Country Club Hotel from 7pm with four hours of rock classics, pub favourites and plenty of opportunities to sing along.

Saturday 26 September — Wheelhouse Deluxe

Irish Club Toowoomba | 8pm–Midnight

Wheelhouse Deluxe returns to the Irish Club! Four hours of high-energy pub rock, big choruses and songs everyone knows. This is the full-volume Saturday-night version of what we do best.

Saturday 3 October — Wheelhouse Deluxe

Ballandean Pub | All-Day Festival

Road trip! Wheelhouse Deluxe heads south to join an all-day festival at the Ballandean Pub. More details and performance times will be announced closer to the date, but this one is shaping up to be a big day on the Granite Belt.

Saturday 17 October — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

Chris is back at Burger Urge for another Saturday afternoon session. Grab some lunch, bring the family and settle in for live music from midday.

Saturday 31 October — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

A Halloween Saturday at Burger Urge. We're making absolutely no promises regarding costumes, but there will definitely be four hours of live music.

Saturday 7 November — Orange Crush

Country Club Hotel, Stanthorpe | 7pm–11pm

🍊 Orange Crush hits Stanthorpe!

Chloe Bishop and Chris Edwards bring Orange Crush to the Country Club Hotel for a Saturday night of powerhouse vocals, harmonies and stripped-back versions of pub-rock classics alongside some newer favourites and future classics.

Saturday 28 November — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

As summer approaches, Chris returns to Burger Urge for another Saturday afternoon of live music. Lunch, live tunes and four hours in which to decide whether you really needed that second serve of chips.

Saturday 12 December — Chris Edwards Solo

Burger Urge | 12pm–4pm

The Christmas season is well and truly underway, and Chris is back at Burger Urge for one final Saturday afternoon session before Christmas. Take a break from the December madness, grab some lunch and enjoy four hours of live music.

Where We Play

Wheelhouse Deluxe performs regularly throughout the Darling Downs and Granite Belt, delivering everything from intimate acoustic solo performances through to full-band pub rock shows.

Our sets feature a mix of:
